Leslie Eveland has over 25 years of experience as an organization development consultant and executive coach. She helps leaders in multiple industries manage complex change and improve their individual performance and organizational performance. She has worked with clients from a wide variety of industries, including: financial services, technology, energy, engineering and manufacturing, education, health care and government.
Leslie served as Director of Organization Development for Charles Schwab as well as Palm Inc., and she held senior organization development positions at Lockheed, Hewlett Packard and Applied Materials. As the owner of her own consulting business her clients include: Chevron, Cisco, Sun, HP, McKesson, PG& E and Yahoo as well as start-up and non-profit organizations. As COO. of 5 Dynamics, LLC. Leslie co-developed the certification process for 5 Dynamics consultants, and designed many organizational applications of the 5 Dynamics powerful coaching and team building tools.

Ms. Eveland specializes in organization design, change management, business process redesign, cross-boundary collaboration, team building and new team start-up. She is an expert facilitator, and trusted coach.
Her achievements include:
- Consulting on the organization design and start-up of Schwab’s Electronic Brokerage Services, helping it to grow from zero to 60% of Schwab’s total assets in three years.
- Consulting on the organization redesign of Applied Materials’ manufacturing organization, and the start-up of a new manufacturing facility in Austin Texas that broke production records.
- Developing strategies to support post merger integration of Lockheed Missiles and Space Co. and Martin Marietta
- Developing a rapid decision center for HP to accelerate decision making on critical cross-boundary initiatives.
Leslie has a BA and Masters Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley. She did post graduate work in Organizational Behavior at the University of Michigan, and graduated from the U.S. Army’s Advanced Training Program in Organizational Effectiveness.
