Joyce Jaffe Reynolds-Sinclair is a Senior Organization Development and Strategy Professional with over 30 years experience. She partners with clients to address business challenges and provide organization and leadership development services at all levels within organizations.
Joyce’s experience spans organizations of all sizes and sectors; clients include Argonaut Technologies, Weyerhaeuser, Yahoo!, IDEO, Center’d, Wells Fargo Bank, UBS, Foxpoint Capital Management, Safelife, Positive Promotions, University of Santa Clara Graduate School of Business, and the Project Management Institute-SF Bay Area Chapter.
As a managing director for two firms, Artemis Management Consultants and Geo Group Strategic Services, Joyce is able to draw upon the expertise of both companies to address clients’ diverse business challenges. Whether it is developing a strategy execution plan using Geo Group’s proven methodology with virtual collaboration processes for accelerating business success or designing a leadership development or initiative deployment effort, Joyce is able to tailor effective, practical and sustainable solutions to clients’ business needs and help individuals, teams and organizations perform and transform. |

Joyce is also a certified consultant and master trainer of 5 Dynamics, a unique web-enabled, strength-based system that helps individuals, managers and teams work more effectively and efficiently and leverage their differences.
Joyce has held senior positions in several San Francisco Bay Area organizations focusing on transformational change including Genentech, UCSF Stanford Health Care (through their merger and demerger); Lucile Packard Children's Hospital and Kaiser Permanente Medical Center - Santa Clara.
One of 25 ASP Strategic Management Pioneers, Joyce co-founded the Association for Strategic Planning, NorCal chapter. She has served as chapter co-president and a director and officer on the national board. In 2009, Joyce received both the ASP Outstanding Service Award and the ASP Distinguished Service award, and in 2010 was inducted into the ASP Hall of Fame.
Joyce is a certified facilitator for the Stanford Graduate School of Business popular MBA Interpersonal Relations course, on the SF Bay Area Advisory Board for Facing History and Ourselves, and an appointee to the President's Council of Cornell Women.
Joyce has a Ph.D. in Organization Development and an M.Ed. in Adult Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a B.S. from Cornell University.
Now that her three twenty-something boys are on their own, Joyce enjoys traveling and golfing.
